Many companies out there offer those in need of training ( HAZWOPER, confined space entry, etc.) services they do not need, or the wrong kind of training for their particular needs. Not all HAZWOPER courses are the same, and there are many all of which are dependent upon your unique circumstance. After taking my training course, your employees will have all the knowledge they will require to do their jobs safely. By doing so, not only will they be healthier. All information shared between the client ("you"), and GORHAM Safety and Environmental Consulting ("the company") is treated as confidential and priveledged information. All materials sent to client are proprietary in nature and for the intended use of the client for his, or her own employees. Under no circumstance is "the company" logo, name, wording or other identifiers to be removed, changed, or otherwise altered. Information that needs to be researched is done in a confidential and anonymous fashion unless the clients company name needs to be used to obtain records, permits, or other such information. Under no circumstances will "the company" report any information to any regulatory agency unless it is determined that an immediate threat to life, property, or the environment is indicated. It is also understood that "the company" is not liable, or responsible for and client not reading, understanding, implementing, or complying with ANY Federal regulation. Any additional consulting service(s) are offered at additional cost.
